Architectural Change Application
Per the First Amendment to the Declarations of Covenants, Conditions, and Restrictions of Country Lane, Article V, Section 1:
"No materials, buildings, or other structures shall be placed on the properties until the plans shall have been submitted to and approved in writing as to harmony of external design and location in relation to surrounding structures and topography by the Board of Directors of the Association, or by an architectural control committee composed of three (3) or more representatives appointed by the Board."

The Board collects requests throughout the month and reviews them for approval or denial at each monthly Board meeting.
