We wish to extend a warm welcome to you as a new or current resident of Country Lane, maintained by the Country Lane Homeowners Association, Inc. (CLHOA) Our community has many amenities for our residents to enjoy, including a beautiful lakeside park, tennis courts, a playground, a soccer field, and more.
 
Country Lane is a deed-restricted community, governed by the Declarations of Covenants, Conditions, and Restrictions (the "CCR") and the By-Laws of the Association; these are documents that set forth your rights and obligations as a homeowner. The documents can be accessed by clicking on the “Community Information” tab at the top of this web page. Other helpful information can be accessed from each of the other links in the drop-down menus above.
 
The CLHOA Board of Directors consists of five homeowners (per the By-laws) who volunteer their time to meet once a month and manage the everyday business of the Association.  Signs containing the date, time, and location of these monthly Board meetings are posted 48 hours in advance at both entrances of the community, and this website is updated with the information three weeks prior to the next meeting. Per the By-laws, the Annual General Meeting of the CLHOA is held on the third Tuesday of March each year. All homeowners are invited and encouraged to attend the monthly Board meetings as well as the Annual General Meeting.
